Salary: £27k + £4,800k commission

The Role:

• As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you\'ll develop the skills and confidence to:
• Build and nurture relationships with schools and educators
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them in rewarding roles
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with professionalism and integrity
• Contribute to Zen’s mission of improving education outcomes across the UK

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines sales, communication, and a passion for making a difference in education.

The Zen Academy - Your Training Journey

Our structured Academy Programme gives you everything you need to succeed in recruitment. You\'ll begin with an Assessment Day, where we’ll evaluate your strengths through group and individual activities. Shortlisted candidates will then progress to an interview stage before receiving an offer to join our January 2026 Trainee Cohort.
