A leading recruitment firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This role requires motivated graduates passionate about education and sales. You will manage the recruitment process and build relationships with schools. Comprehensive training and career progression are provided, along with a competitive salary and commission structure.

Salary: £27k + £4,800k commission

But £600m of that goes straight into the pockets of recruitment agencies, money that should be going back into classrooms and teachers’ pay. So we’re doing things differently. Our structured Academy Programme gives you everything you need to succeed in recruitment. You\'ll begin with an Assessment Day, where we’ll evaluate your strengths through group and individual activities. Shortlisted candidates will then progress to an interview stage before receiving an offer to join our January 2026 Trainee Cohort.
