The role

As a Trainee Pest Control Technician, you will manage a dedicated geographical area, visiting customer premises to inspect for signs of pests, identify risks, and resolve issues safely and effectively. You will carry out treatments, remove evidence of pest activity, and provide clear advice to customers on hygiene and prevention.

You will complete accurate reports after each visit, maintain a professional image at all times, and deliver a high standard of customer service while working largely independently.

The role is Monday to Friday based on a 40 hour working week, with potential for increased hours in the future as the role develops.

Benefits include a company pension scheme, private healthcare options, an employee assistance programme, overtime opportunities, retail discounts through RI Rewards, long service recognition, and a refer a friend scheme offering up to £1,000.

Relocation support of up to £5,000 may be available for candidates moving from more than two hours away, subject to eligibility.
