A leading intellectual property firm in the United Kingdom is looking for a Trade Mark Paralegal to support trade mark operations, ensuring legal formalities are handled accurately. Candidates should be CITMA qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include overseeing trade mark filings, liaising with attorneys, and monitoring the status of clients’ IP rights. The Trade Mark Paralegal at HGF plays a vital role in supporting trade mark operations across the firm, ensuring the legal formalities of clients’ trade marks and designs are managed with precision. The position requires close collaboration with attorneys and support colleagues, handling filings, deadlines, and communications to maintain and protect intellectual property rights internationally.
If you are CITMA qualified and have at least 2 years experience in a trade mark formalities or paralegal position we’d love to hear from you. Being able to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy will be key attributes to succeeding in the role.
