Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Reinforce material presented as needed to support students’ success.
  • Assist students in remaining task-focused.
  • Provide assistance outside the classroom to prioritize and support academic assignments, vocational hours and campus activities.
  • Assist the students to utilize college facilities (library, OIT, tutoring).
  • Guide the students towards achieving their work-place objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ progress via weekly journals.
  • Escalate any concerns with regard to the student to the program Assistant Director as soon as they arise.
  • Maintain student confidentiality at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
