A leading construction solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Telesales Executive to focus on outbound lead generation. This performance-led role involves engaging contacts within the construction sector, making daily outbound calls, and qualifying inquiries to generate high-quality sales leads. Successful candidates will possess a professional phone manner, excellent objection-handling skills, and a proactive attitude. As a Telesales Executive at Rapid Ramp, you will take ownership of outbound lead generation, acting as the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate high-quality sales leads (known internally asR Numbers) by engaging contacts within the construction and modular industries via outbound calls and email.
You play a critical role in converting early interest intoviablesales opportunities. You will work to structured daily activity targets and take full ownership of the leads you generate—ensuring they are logged correctly, followed up internally, and progressed through to quotation.
This is a performance-led role where consistency, initiative, and attention to detail directlyimpactboth personal earnings and company growth.
This is an office-based position at our Etchingham site.
