Job description

As a Telesales Executive at Rapid Ramp, you will take ownership of outbound lead generation, acting as the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate high-quality sales leads (known internally asR Numbers) by engaging contacts within the construction and modular industries via outbound calls and email.

You play a critical role in converting early interest intoviablesales opportunities. You will work to structured daily activity targets and take full ownership of the leads you generate—ensuring they are logged correctly, followed up internally, and progressed through to quotation.

This is a performance-led role where consistency, initiative, and attention to detail directlyimpactboth personal earnings and company growth.

This is an office-based position at our Etchingham site.

Location: Riverside Works, Church Lane, Etchingham, TN19 7AS.

WhatYou’llDo
  • Make daily outbound calls and emails to generate new project leads (R Numbers).
  • Qualify enquiries by gathering key project information andidentifyingdecision-makers.
  • UseGleniganand LinkedIn to research projects and relevant contacts.
  • Book CPD sessions and schedule meetings with potential clients (MSIs).
  • Take ownership of leads and collaborate closely with estimators and design colleagues to drive progression to quote.

  • Strong objection-handling skills (e.g. “I only use wooden ramps”).
  • Clear and professional written communication.
  • High initiative—able to find answers rather than wait for instruction.
  • Fast learner with strong product understanding (you will be tested).
  • Competent using CRM systems, LinkedIn, andGlenigan.
