Senior Telesales Executive

Location: Northampton NN4 | Office based – Hours – 9am-5pm | Approx. basic £35k + Annual Bonus + Benefits

Client Overview

Your client is an International logistics company that has expanded in the UK across a growingاحث of sites. They offer a variety of Multi-modal Logistics & Freight services and they are looking for an experienced Telesales executive for their Road Freight division. This client operates a business model that allows you the freedom to be entrepreneurial in a professional but very much non-corporate culture.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names and email addresses to expand our points of contact.
  • Speak with key decision makers to assess current needs.
  • Fact find good quality information with each call.
  • Input data into Excel spreadsheets, CRM / HubSpot system.
  • Work closely with Bpaamik team supporting them with quotes and other simple tasks as required.
  • Occasionally attend meetings with customers.
  • Email information to new contacts.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications.
