This rich diversity fuels our business and enriches our culture.## The RoleThe TechOps Engineer will be an integral part of the Group IT Team and will have primary responsibility for managing and maintaining Windows and Active Directory systems across the Group. Experience in patch management, software deployment and installation image management through SCCM, InTune, Auto Patch is essential. Experience managing Entra ID and Azure extremely desirable.### Key Responsibilities / Outcomes* Carrying out security remediations and best practice recommendations.* Active Directory/Azure Active Directory maintenance and monitoring* Performing system and application patching* Deploying new/maintaining existing IT infrastructure, VMware & Hyper-V experience a distinct advantage* Designing new and documenting existing IT Infrastructure architecture* Deploy updates/new installations via InTune* Device Management using Intune* Develop server and laptop images, hardened against security standards* Manage Autopilot deployment system* Ensuring that BCP/DR plans incorporate restoration of Windows Infrastructure and that plans are fully tested* Development of automation to carry out operational tasks using PowerShell scripts### Day to day responsibilities include:* Ensuring our windows estate is fully patched, trouble shooting and address failures and gaps in patching.* Building deployment packages for release on SCCM/InTune* Patch dependency checking and submission of change requests* Performing system changes to support vulnerability mitigation* Management of GPOs and Intune policies in accordance with policies and standards* Domain Controller Management### Key Skills, Experiences & Competencies* Expertise in building and maintaining Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory systems* Extensive experience with patch deployment and endpoint compliance using SCCM and InTune* Demonstrates skills in communication, collaboration, relationship building in a global organisation* Enthusiastic and highly adaptable with a willingness to learn and attain new skills* Possesses strong analytical and diagnostic skills* Experience with Qualys a distinct advantage* GxP exposure desirable, but not essential* PowerShell Scripting### Qualifications* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role* Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related* Relevant Microsoft certifications an advantage.**#1 Top Workplace in the area.**
