Job summary

A global water solutions company in the UK is looking for an ICA Technical Support Engineer. This hybrid role focuses on providing technical support for Instrumentation, Control, and Automation equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external customers, ensuring they receive high-level support. Candidates should have a qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and experience with Control Panels, Telemetry, and SCADA Systems. Strong communication skills and a clean driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Control Panels, Telemetry, Instrumentation and SCADA Systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to create documentation as a Technical Author.
• Computer literate, able to work in a team.
• Full Clean Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email.
• Interpret client specifications to produce detailed designs.
• Review project designs technically and commercially.
• Support Quotations and Projects for UK and Ireland.
• Provide training on Xylem products to engineers and customers.
