A leading global water solutions company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Nottingham to provide technical and application support for instrumentation and control systems. The ideal candidate has experience in telemetry and SCADA systems, along with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting internal teams, training clients on products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through expert advice. This hybrid role includes remote diagnostics and technical support, as well as occasional on-site assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience ideally in the Water Utilities Industry.
• Ability to create technical documentation as a Technical Author.
• Full Clean Driving License is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support via phone and email.
• Support internal Product Development and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct training sessions on Xylem products for engineers and sales teams.
