A leading services company is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Service Account Manager in the Northeast of the UK. This field-based role focuses on developing customer relationships and providing high-quality service. Key responsibilities include regular service visits, technical problem resolution, and account management. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer-focused roles, preferably within the commercial laundry industry, and possess strong communication skills. This position requires travel throughout Northern England and Central Scotland.
Location: Field based role (Northern region – Northeast England and Central Scotland)

The Role
The opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and highly motivated Technical Service Account Manager to join our Laundry division. The primary responsibility for this role is to manage, develop and enhance customer relationships. You will be expected to promote the services Christeyns offers, and the professional image of the Company. You will provide a high-quality service to both existing and future customers, and by way of technical expertise, monitor, retain and expand business with existing customers.
The role is split into 3 key areas:
1. Regular service visits
2. Advanced Technical Service
3. Account Management
