Responsibilities
  • Managing full project lifecycles for hardware, firmware, and software development
  • Leading grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance, reporting, and delivery to schedule
  • Coordinating engineers, researchers, and partners across multiple disciplines
  • Managing suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure quality and reliability
  • Tracking progress, budgets, and risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders
  • Supporting roadmap planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of PM processes
About You

Background in technical or engineering project management within hardware or R&D environments. Strong organisational and coordination skills with experience handling complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Experience managing external partners or suppliers. Familiarity with grant-funded or publicly financed projects is highly desirable. Clear communicator, capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions. Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic start-up setting.
