# Technical Manager## Job Introduction**Job Introduction:**Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for a **Technical Manager** to join our team. As our Technical Manager, you will work closely with the Technical Director, the Technical & Commercial team and the wider business to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the Architectural, Engineering and De-sign/Planning activities of the region from initial land appraisal through to final adoptions of a development.This is an exciting opportunity for technical professionals to join a fast growing, national home builder - shaping the future of the Gleeson brand and leading up a highly talented team.**Main Responsibilities:**As a member of the Regional senior leadership team, it is crucial, to take a ‘whole company’ perspective to the performance of Building Homes.
