• Relevant qualification or broad experience in Technical/planning.
• Good awareness of codes of practice that impact on land acquisition.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support to the Technical Director and team.
• Manage relationships with consultants to ensure timely information flow.
• Ensure all design information is issued on schedule.
