A leading global healthcare provider is seeking a Tech Lead in Bristol to drive key technology initiatives and integrate systems. This role involves leading technical discussions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best engineering practices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in API integration and Azure DevOps. Competitive salary up to £65,000 plus bonuses and benefits including a contributory pension scheme and private medical cover. Work model is hybrid, balancing home and office work.
Join AXA - Global Healthcare as a Tech Lead and be a pivotal part of our international team. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering leadership to establish and uphold robust engineering practices across our Data and IT teams. You’ll work alongside strategic stakeholders, including Marketing and the Transformation Programme, to develop and integrate new and existing systems that support our ambitious vision. Your expertise will be critical in delivering key technology initiatives such as API management, authentication, event driven messaging, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Google Ads, Azure, and Actisure. AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
