Job summary

A leading not-for-profit care provider in the UK seeks a Team Manager to oversee care operations. This role involves mentoring team members, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining high-quality care standards. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Care, effective leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the community. Qualifications

  • To be passionate about making a difference.
  • Level 3 in Care or Equivalent with experience in Health and Social Care.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team.
  • Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Awareness of principles of good practice in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Monitoring performance and service delivery.
  • Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Promoting and growing the service.
  • Responding to referrals and arranging initial visits.
  • Undertaking quality monitoring visits.
  • Building local links with key partners.
