A reputable educational institution in Sheffield seeks a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship candidate to provide essential support for pupils with various learning needs. Role includes assisting in lesson delivery, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with teachers and external professionals. As part of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship, candidates will engage in tailored training while working full-time at the school. Successful apprentices may receive full-time employment upon completion.
The role includes providing tailored support to help pupils overcome barriers linked to sensory, behavioural, communication, medical or physical needs. The learner will also assist other staff under the direction of the class teacher or learning support officer.
