Job summary

A local educational institution in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a temporary part-time Teaching Assistant to support children with learning and sensory needs. Teaching Assistant - Temporary Part Time

PCD 5 £25,989 (FTE) per annum pro rata - Term time only

27.5 hours per week

The Local Governing Board of Ormsgill Nursery and Primary School are seeking to appoint a patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with learning, communication and sensory needs. Experience of supporting children with additional needs would be an advantage. Where appropriate, training will be given in order to support the successful candidates.

The post is to begin as soon as possible and is temporary due to pupil numbers (until August 2026)
