St Julie’s Catholic High School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls, situated in the conservation area of Woolton Village, South Liverpool. In September 2017, we moved into our brand new £23 million school building.
In May 2023 OFSTED graded St. Julie’s as Good with Outstanding features, with the same judgement reached by the Catholic Schools’ Inspectorate in February 2024.

The successful candidate will implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and support a designated subject area as appropriate. They will monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/Form Tutor, facilitating and encouraging a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. They will contribute to raising standards of student attainment and share and support the school responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Geography to join the large and vibrant Humanities department. You will be passionate about your subject, whilst transferring your knowledge in a creative and contextualised way in the classroom and successfully plan and deliver consistently good lessons on a daily basis that both challenge our students and significantly advance their learning. You will be relentless in your pursuit of progress for each and every one of your students so they can achieve the outcomes they deserve and grow into young adults that positively contribute to their community. You will instil pride in the work they do and encourage their individuality and personal qualities.
