Qualifications

• Practical experience in indirect tax and ability to translate rules into product requirements.
• Experience with data mapping and defining validation/logic.
• Comfort with tools to verify outputs and protect sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Returns team.
• Create and maintain country coverage and data quality.
• Onboard and support customers with data mapping and testing.
• Translate tax & market changes into product inputs.
• Contribute to playbooks and knowledge articles.
• Lead scoped initiatives and represent Returns in meetings.
