We're Hiring: Business Development & Operations Director

TAPE is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and help shape the future of inclusive arts.

Location: Old Colwyn (with home-working flexibility)

Hours: Full-time (job share considered)

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As Development & Operations Director, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations

and driving growth. Responsibilities include:

Leading fundraising and income generation strategies

Managing finance, HR, governance, and compliance

Supporting creative programmes and organisational sustainability

What We're Looking For

Senior management experience (3+ years)

Strong financial and organisational skills

Proven success in fundraising and grant applications

Passion for arts, inclusion, and community

Job Requirements
