A leading UK airport operator offers an 18-month apprenticeship leading to an HR Support Level 3 qualification based in Manchester. The Talent Apprentice plays a vital role in facilitating training and supporting the Talent and Diversity team, handling tasks such as scheduling programs and onboarding. This position is an 18‑month apprenticeship leading to a HR Support Level 3 qualification. On‑the‑job practical training will be provided alongside a comprehensive training plan that, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, could lead to a permanent role within the People function.
The Talent Apprentice takes a key role in helping our Talent and Diversity team run smoothly, getting involved in everything from welcoming new starters to supporting their growth and development. You’ll gain real, hands‑on experience by organising activities, supporting projects, and using digital tools — all while building valuable skills and helping to create a great experience for candidates and colleagues.
