About the role
- 11 month temporary maternity leave cover - March 2026- Feb 2027
- £35,000 per P/A plus bonus scheme
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Owning recruitment for clinical roles across the group, from hygiene, therapists to dentists and specialist roles.
- Getting creative with attraction campaigns using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, and our own careers site
- Proactively headhunting and engaging brilliant clinicians (yes, even the passive ones)
- Managing the full candidate journey - screening, interviews, offers, contracting and onboarding
- Preparing and issuing self‑employed contracts, supporting negotiations and queries
- Working with overseas candidates and navigating suitability, compliance, and visas
- Keeping recruitment data, reporting and processes sharp and compliant
- Building trusted relationships with Practice Managers, clinicians, and senior stakeholders
- Being a positive, visible ambassador for Riverdale and our People & Culture team

You’re confident, organised, and not afraid of juggling a lot of priorities. You enjoy autonomy, like solving problems, and know how to balance speed with quality. You will be confident at managing expectations and be exceptional at communication.
You’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare
- Experience recruiting hard‑to‑fill clinical roles
- Confidence recruiting self‑employed professionals
- Strong knowledge of employment law, IR35, right‑to‑work and contracts
- Solid experience using social media and digital marketing to attract talent
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to work at pace without losing attention to detail
- Experience recruiting overseas candidates and supporting visa processes
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and ATS systems)
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Bonus points if you’ve recruited within dental or clinical dentistry before!
How You’ll Work
- Mostly remote, with regular visits to practices
- Monthly team meetings at our Support Office in Stokesley, North Yorkshire and may need to attend Support Office on an ad‑hoc required basis.
- Flexible working hours to suit candidate and business needs
