You’ll use tools like job boards and social media to engage with candidates while supporting Account Managers with detailed candidate information for client roles. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source talented candidates through comprehensive searches
• Screen and assess potential hires to ensure they meet job specifications
• Manage a clear and organised pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities
• Work closely with Account Managers by providing vetted candidates for client Nota roles
• Conduct CV searches and.listeners filter candidates to match client requirements
• Utilise facing boards, social media, and other platforms to identify high‑quality talent
