Main duties of the job

What are we looking for?

Are you highly organised, and passionate about delivering accurate data and operational support? We are looking for a Systems and Referrals Lead to join our team in Bedfordshire and play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations and effective referral management.

As the Systems and Referrals Lead, you will support the Operational Lead and Manager by providing essential data analysis for KPI reporting, contract reviews, and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for system users, resolving issues and liaising with IT teams and software providers to keep everything running seamlessly.

You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and data visualisation skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Previous experience with NHS systems and an understanding of data protection principles would be an advantage.
