Qualifications

• Experience of teaching a diverse customer base.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety and employment legislation.
• Empathic and caring nature with guiding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth daily running of the swim school.
• Manage, develop and monitor swimming programmes.
• Co-ordinate staff training and induction sessions.
• Assist in communications, sales, and promotions.

Skills

ASA / Swim England Full Teachers Certification Level 2 or STA Certificate

Experience of supervising a team

Excellent verbal communication skills

Good Microsoft Office Skills

Ability to work flexibly
