A member of the Leadership team, reporting to the Chief People Officer, the SVP People Operations, is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and implementing the people strategy to support business objectives. Leading the People Operations team, this role is responsible for the employee life cycle experience, from onboarding through the entire employee journey ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism at all times.
You will ensure the delivery of an exceptional HR service to all employees, maintaining HR policies and processes that are best in class and meet regulatory standards.
This is a fixed‑term contract (FTC) expected to last approximately 9 months.
