Overview

Support Worker – Supported Living (Charity Sector). Creating chances, choices & opportunities for people to live the best lives they can.

Location: Preston, Lancashire

Contract: Permanent | 18 – 37.5 hours per week | Full range of shifts available including days, evenings, weekends, nights & sleep-ins
Salary: £24,451 – £25,716 (£12.50 – £13.15) | Sessional (as and when) hours also available

What you’ll do
  • Provide personal care and one-to-one support in the home and community
  • Assist the people we support to achieve goals and explore meaningful activities
  • Follow and help deliver personalised care and support plans
  • Encourage independence, social inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and support health assessments
  • Champion best practice in safeguarding, health & safety, and mental capacity
