The Role and Responsibilities – Support Worker
You will play a vital part in the tenants’ personal development and community involvement as a Supported Living Assistant, acting as a critical worker and advocate.
- Daily Support: Helping with fundamental living skills like shopping, cooking, managing the home, and personal growth.
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging renters to develop new abilities, gain self‑assurance, and efficiently control their emotions.
- Activity Facilitation: Organising and taking part in a variety of interesting excursions and activities, such as local trips, college visits, workouts, and nature walks.
- Team Collaboration: Working as a dedicated team to promote an atmosphere of respect, inclusivity, and empowerment.
