A dedicated support organization in Birmingham is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Responsibilities include day-to-day support, encouraging independence, and teaching life skills. The role offers competitive pay of £12.60 – £13.30 per hour for 35 hours a week, with opportunities for career development and a supportive team environment. ROLE: Female Support Worker
LOCATION: Birmingham, Moseley, B13
SALARY: £12.60 – £13.30* per hour
SHIFTS: 8:30am – 9:00pm
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Please note we require a Female Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule
At Evergreen, we support individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to encourage independence and help people to engage with the community and participate in everyday activities.
We currently support five individuals at this service. The people we support are largely independent and mainly require prompting, encouragement, and guidance to achieve their daily goals.
