About the Role

Working with a multi-disciplinary team you will provide support to individuals with enhanced complex mental health needs. Support workers will proactively manage challenging behaviours with individuals who have forensic needs and increased risks, whilst promoting and following a PBS model approach.

Individual preferences for day shifts or night shifts will be considered for this role. Part time and bank hours are also available.

The service is aimed to support individuals who have long stay admissions in secure environments, rehabilitation units, forensic units and out of area placements. This may be their first opportunity to live semi-independently and develop independent living skills. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service.

What We Are Looking For.

  • Experience of complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
