Role Description

We are seeking support workers with experience in assisting individuals with various forms of dementia. At Lime House, we offer residential care in a warm, homely atmosphere, accommodating elderly residents, including eleven dedicated spaces for those with dementia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our beneficiaries, working alongside a supportive and established team while receiving assistance from our business functions. Our commitment at Lime House is to deliver exceptional care in a nurturing environment, focusing on the holistic well‑being of each individual by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

We prioritize dignity and promote independence, ensuring that residents enjoy privacy and comfort. Additionally, our sensory garden provides a peaceful retreat for residents to unwind and connect with nature.

Experience and Skills
  • You must be enthusiastic about providing outstanding care to our clients.
  • Be willing to undertake training to achieve your level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care which is fully funded by Nugent.
  • It would be desirable if you had health care experience, preferably supporting individuals with Dementia but it's not essential.
  • A good understanding of providing Person Centred Care.
  • The above position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Hours of Work

Contracts: 19.5 hours part time and 39 hours full time.
