We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker at Chosen Care Supported Living
Chosen Care (part of National Care Group) support individuals (18+) with complex and enduring mental health needs in South and West Wales. We have over 18 years knowledge and expertise behind us and an excellent record of helping individuals move on to independent living.
