Location: Birchington, Kent

Salary: £13.20 per hour (£25,740 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, guaranteed – stability you can count on

I’m looking for calm, confident Support Workers with a great sense of humour who aren’t easily offended. You’ll help me live the life I want—building skills, confidence, and independence—while keeping things positive and fun.

I enjoy walking, music, eating out, and people-watching, so if you share these interests, even better! You’ll need to be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable providing personal care. My autism and health needs mean life can be challenging at times, but with patience and resilience, we’ll make progress together.
