The role

As a Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be a first-line leader, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional performance with Health and Safety at the forefront. You’ll drive productivity and efficiency, ensuring your team is fully engaged and meeting customer requirements.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery teams have the right people, tools, and processes in place to safely achieve planned outputs.
  • Maintain and update systems to provide accurate, real‑time information for informed decision‑making.
  • Deliver visibility across the wider business to enable effective support and collaboration.

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Bovington, Dorset.

Essential experience of the Supervisor

Proven experience in supervising teams and driving performance to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications for the Supervisor
  • Educated to a minimum of Level 2 on the National Qualification Framework (e.g., Intermediate Apprenticeship, Level 2 NVQ, GCSE Grade A–C, O Level A–C, or CSE Grade 1), or equivalent workplace experience.
  • Holds a relevant technical or vocational qualification at NQF Level 3 (e.g., Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 NVQ) or equivalent.
Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
