Would you like to play a key role leading on student fees for the University of Leeds? Are you a collaborative leader that can inspire others to take action?
The University collects in excess of £500M annually in student and sponsor fees. This role is key to overseeing this income stream, ensuring that our processes work for our students and their sponsors/funders, whilst remaining compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and ensuring that financial exposure and risk is monitored and managed effectively.
In this role you will oversee the team managing fee charging and collection for the University, and will be a key source of expertise and advice for other leaders and teams.
As a key leadership role within our Student Finance function, we are looking for someone who can combine specialist knowledge and experience of financial and debt management, with a sensitivity to the particular requirements of the higher education environment and how to deal effectively with students, sponsors and regulatory bodies in this context.
