We are pioneers in the Built Environment Consultancy industry, expanding into Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects. Our mission is to deliver strategic insights and solutions that drive successful project outcomes and create lasting value.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of advice on PFI/PPP projects, independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, to solve complex public sector challenges and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients (public and private sector and intermediaries) and navigate stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess project feasibility, risks, and financial implications.
  • Work across the PFI/PPP project lifecycle—from contract management and operational issues to expiry/termination and transitional arrangements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating complex information and recommendations.
  • Identify new opportunities, write proposals, and support the growth of the team.
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
  • Proven experience in PFI/PPP projects with a track record of delivering or working on complex PFI/PPP projects including variations, dispute resolution and operational contract management, ideally across multiple sectors.
  • Knowledge of sector-specific legislation and NISTA PFI guidance.
  • Strong commercial understanding of public-private contracting, particularly standard PFI contract terms.
  • Understanding of the public sector context, current challenges and future aspirations.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A track record of effective delivery within or alongside the public sector in a technical, financial or commercial field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce business cases, strategic reports, or similar deliverables and to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
