Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience for Master's, or 4-6 years for Bachelor's.
• Vocational training with 7-9 years in HR could also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR matters and labor law topics.
• Negotiate contractual conditions for staff admission.
• Conduct recruitment consulting and ensure effective onboarding processes.
• Support talent management programs and manage change.
