A leading (re)insurance firm seeks a Strategic Change Project and Change Manager to lead and manage strategic projects and change initiatives. This role includes planning complex projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in both project and change management within a hybrid working environment, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. As a hybrid role, the Project & Change Manager is responsible for both the planning and execution of complex projects and the delivery of change management activities. The role requires the effective coordination of stakeholder and resources, to deliver impactful and sustainable change while mitigating risks and fostering collaboration.
