Store Manager – Cotswolds team

As Store Manager, you’ll inspire and develop your team to deliver excellence in every aspect. You will lead by example, creating an exceptional customer experience and fostering a positive, sales‑focused culture. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll use creativity and business acumen to manage and grow the store, taking full ownership of performance, sales, KPIs and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and serve as ambassador to team and brand.
  • Drive sales and KPI growth.
  • Apply commercial acumen through best‑seller analysis, floor walks and money mapping.
  • Achieve EBITDA target and manage profitability by controlling costs.
  • Increase store traffic via local marketing and events.
  • Recruit, train, coach and plan succession for the team.
  • Build relationships with key contacts across the business.
  • Allocate and control stock to prevent loss.
