Job Description

Order Fulfilment Stock Controller Jobs in Andover at Stannah – Join Our Team! We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Fulfilment Stock Controller to join Stannah, based at Stephenson Close.

This job will involve ensuring all picking locations and lines are fully replenished with incoming stock, supporting smooth warehouse operations and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

As the Order Fulfilment Stock Controller, you will work Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:45 (day shift). This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or materials handling experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality and accuracy. To be successful, it is essential that you have previous experience in warehouse operations and replenishment tasks. Experience in operating forklifts (aisle master or counterbalance) would be desirable.

Order Fulfilment Stock Controller Responsibilities
  • Work safely and in line with all Health & Safety policies
  • Replenish pick locations and lines with incoming goods
  • Load/unload shuttle lorries using a forklift when required
  • Support Continuous Improvement and 5S activities
  • Assist with Material Control when needed
Qualifications
  • Aisle Master or Counterbalance forklift licence preferred
  • Strong accuracy and confidence using barcode scanners
  • Proactive approach to preventing quality issues
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement processes
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
