As a Staff Software Engineer and a key member of the Architecture team, your mission is to drive the technical evolution of our Rostering capability—the complex ecosystem that ensures the right care reaches the right person at the right time.
You will be a leading voice in the design and delivery of our next-generation product features, partnering with squads to ship value while establishing the Go best practices that will enable our engineering teams to scale dignified care to millions.
