Join our NICU Team as a Staff Nurse
We are excited to invite a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in neonatal nursing, working within one of the most respected NICUs in the South West.

Our NICU is a Level 3 Tertiary Centre, one of only three in the South West neonatal network, where we provide expert care for babies with complex needs, including respiratory, surgical, neurological, and cardiac conditions, as well as pre-term and full-term infants. You’ll be joining a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team (MDT), comprising nurses, nursery nurses, medics, consultants, and allied healthcare professionals. We are dedicated to ongoing professional development, offering a wide range of opportunities, including university-accredited courses and in‑house training for specialist roles.
