You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.**Key Responsibilities:** **Qualifications:** 8+ years of software development experience, and 3+ years of management experience 5+ years of experience using modern object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, Java, Python) and software development best practices4+ years of experience with As a plus, experience building Microservices-based software, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Open XML, Elasticsearch, Machine Learning Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform including the Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., Devin, Cursor) to accelerate coding workflows, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.Experience managing software development teams that deliver quality software at scale in an Agile Scrum environmentComfortable giving feedback and resolving conflicts, with strong listening and negotiation skills.
