Specialist Mental Health Practitioner role at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking for a Band Six clinician to join our Head2Head team as part of a well-established CAMHS Multi-Disciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Working with young people who experience a range of mental health difficulties, including early onset psychosis or at risk mental states.
  • Managing co‑existing substance use needs and harmful sexual behaviour.
  • Co‑operating as part of the multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Acting as a Care Coordinator for an identified caseload of young people.
  • Skillfully engaging young people and their families.
  • Independently carrying out mental health and risk assessments, devising care plans and delivering a range of community‑based interventions.
