The overall purpose of this role is to lead, deliver, and sustain the success of the dietetic element of the Active Together Programme at Airedale.
The role works under the guidance of the Therapy Operational Manager to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones are achieved, and it focuses on delivering evidence‑based practice and better outcomes for patients.
The successful candidate will also be part of the friendly and supportive wider Active Together service, collaborating with physiotherapists, a psychologist, and other MDT members, with opportunities for peer support, CPD, and clinical supervision.
Please note this role requires the post‑holder to have access to a car to attend clinics, group workshops, and meetings in the local area.
