We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join a high‑end staff dining operation near St James’s Park. You will be working in a small, professional kitchen team alongside a Head Chef and CDP, in a calm, well‑organised environment with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, and chef wellbeing.
