Qualifications

  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work.
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • At least 2 years on the job experience acting as either a Sous or a Senior CDP.
  • A trade test will be required for the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Run shifts and guide the team when the Head Chef is not present.
  • Produce up to 1000 meals at a time.
  • Organise and support the team for smooth operation.
  • Manage production and food levels to minimise wastage.
  • Carry out deep cleans daily/weekly with team.
