After a hugely successful 2025 season, we are looking to expand our culinary team and are searching for a talented Sous Chef to join our high-quality kitchen team from spring 2026.

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Playing a crucial part in the leading, developing and inspiring of the wider kitchen team.
  • Helping to Consistently Deliver a high-quality dining experience, always putting our Customer First.
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef in planning and implementing food and menus.
  • Overall assistance of responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily operations.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels accordingly.
  • Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

  • Significant experience in a fast-moving, quality driven kitchen.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a culinary team.
  • Charismatic, creative and experienced at Sous Chef level.
