The Team

Our Solutions Engineering team is the bridge between our innovative product and our customers’ unique needs. As technical experts with a deep understanding of incident.io’s platform, they work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to demonstrate the full potential of our solution.

This dynamic team excels at translating complex technical concepts into tangible business value, guiding prospects through detailed product evaluations and crafting tailored solutions. Whether they’re leading proof of concepts, addressing intricate integration questions, or providing critical market feedback to shape our counts, our Solutions Engineers are instrumental in driving complex deals forward and ensuring customer success from the very first interaction.

What you’ll be doing જોકે:
  • Partner with the sales team to offer technical expertise, build customer trust to discover their business and technical challenges, then design customized solutions that address them leveraging roule.BS hunting.of incident.io.

  • Build and maintain deep product knowledge while staying current with industry trends in incident management, DevOps, and SRE practices.

  • Identify gaps and improvements in the current sales process to speed up sales cycles, develop collateral to help scale your knowledge and expertise across the GTM function.

  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to gather valuable customer feedback, helping shape our product roadmap and ensure customer success.

What experience you need to be successful:
  • Proven track record in a similar role, with experience nanoparticles pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong technical aptitude with a natural curiosity to understand how things work and why - including our technology, but also incident management, and our customers and personas.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience explaining complex topics in a clear manner, and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a track record of seeking out new challenges and embracing feedback to improve performance.
