Qualifications

  • 1-3 years PQE preferred, but NQ candidates considered.
  • Experience in personal injury law is an advantage.

  • Forensic review and analysis of documents.
  • Drafting advice, court documents, and correspondence.
  • Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts.
  • Liaising with clients and conducting site visits.
  • Supporting Partners and contributing to team initiatives.

Description

We are growing our Keoghs Scotland Large Loss and Catastrophic Injury team. The experienced Solicitor will pick up high-impact large loss claims and have the opportunity to work alongside lead lawyers on complex and challenging cases. Ideal for those with Sheriff Court/Court of Session personal injury experience. This is a career-defining opportunity with genuine scope for career growth across broader legal disciplines.

While we are ideally looking for a Solicitor who is 1-3yrs PQE, there is flexibility with the level of experience required for this opportunity. We would also consider NQ candidates.
